We are delighted to offer a personalised bespoke monogramming service on our Linen Robes, Linen Pillowcases (standard and King), European Pillowcases and Silk Linen Flip Pillowcases.

An additional fee of £10 will be applied for each personalised item. 

Please allow up to five business days to process all personalisation orders.

How to Add Personalisation to Your Order

To add this service to your order, select the “Personalise Item ” button on the product page.  Then select your options including - Text, Font, Colour and placement. Once selected, a preview of your personalisation will display on the screen. To proceed with your personalised order, click the “Add to Cart” button.

Personalisation is offered in three fonts and four thread colours. Up to 10 characters can be selected.

Items sold within sets, including Pillowcases, European Pillowcases and Silk Linen Flip Pillowcases, will be personalised with the same text on each pillowcase within the set. A £10 processing fee will be applied for this service. 

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges for Personalised Items unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER - thank you for your understanding. 

We cannot guarantee that any order amendments or cancellations will be actioned once an order has been placed on our website.
