Standard Returns Policy
This Returns Policy is in addition to the rights of our UK customers under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013. For more details, see our Terms & Conditions.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in original condition, unused, unwashed, and unmarked. The return process must be initiated within 30 days of being received (“returns period”). Full-priced returns are eligible for complimentary return postage within the UK.
Provided our Returns Policy requirements are met, full-priced orders can be returned for:
- Exchange;
- Refund; or
- Store credit.
Items can be returned outside the returns period if they are found to be faulty when received, provided the damage has not been caused by failure to comply with our product care instructions.
Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the return to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
